Where are your products manufactured?

All our offerings are handcrafted as small batches in our production facility located in Arizona, USA.

 

 

Why is there a slight color or subtle scent difference in my product?

All our offerings are handcrafted from natural, raw ingredients. As crops vary slightly season to season you may see subtle differences in the color or scent of your favorite products. Rest assured the integrity of the products is not impacted by these natural variations. Additionally, each individual has a unique chemical balance to their body which can alter the scent of our products once applied to the skin.

 

Are your cleansers and hair care products sulfate free?

Yes. All of our cleansers and hair care products are sulfate free.

 

Do you have vegan, gluten or mammalian product free options?

Many of our products are vegan, gluten or mammalian product free. For specific information on these products, please Contact Us.

How can I become an authorized partner of Body Bliss?

Body Bliss partners with hotels, spas, salons, boutiques, massage therapists and other qualified individuals within the industry through wholesale, private label, amenity, backbar and custom blending services. Submit a wholesale inquiry to learn more.

 

Do you have a storefront?

For safety and confidentiality purposes, our manufacturing facility and offices are not open to the public. You may, however, visit Body Bliss Factory Direct in Sedona, AZ to shop in person. Located in Uptown Sedona, you'll find our full line of products in addition to crystals, jewelry and massage treatments

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

We do not offer shipping outside of the U.S. at this time.

 

When can I expect to receive my order?

Our team makes every effort to process all orders within three business days. Delays may occur during the busiest times of the year or due to logistics outside of our control. If you have not received your order after 14 days, you may contact us for assistance.

 

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us

 

ALLERGENS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS

While the ingredients we use are of the highest quality, they are not intended for internal use; all products offered by Body Bliss are designed for external use only. Certain ingredients and essential oils are contraindicated under particular circumstances. The following are a few examples of well-known contraindications: arnica should be avoided on open wounds, in combination with blood thinning medications and during pregnancy, and eucalyptus and rosemary are contra-indicated in cases of uncontrolled epilepsy.  It is not possible to list all potential contraindications with the use of essential oils and other natural ingredients. It is always recommended to consult with your healthcare provider before using any essential oils or other skin care products. Body Bliss is happy to provide complete ingredient lists upon request to aid you in deciding whether our products are suitable for you.
